It's probably not hard to do, you likely won't even need to do anything in blender. Just gotta find a guide, maybe a discord server and install crowbar and notepad++ and recompile everything

Maybe try to ask someone else to maybe try to either A find someone, B commission Comrade to remake his npcs with these models...tho that's wishful thinking or b, wait a few months or years when someone stumbles upon this or Conelys models and ask Point kid for the textures..(i know you said you didn't make them but you still went through the process) and make the npcs

I apologize but I simply don't know how to make c_hands compatible with other weapons besides the base half life 2 weapons and the other modders tend to like to keep their information under lock and key. I've only made these models for a youtube video I plan on making in a few days, and figured I would share them with the community instead of just keeping them to myself. So sorry about that, but I will definitely come back to the delta force and point man models to fix them up cause they look like shit

I am very interested in this topic, but I have not found any normal guide on how to make models for harriismod.
Especially the topic of how to make physics is very difficult for me to understand.

I actually managed to rip model and (maybe) texture of 107 from game
This metod may work with other model, i'm still tesing it
But i can rip only model and textures, without bones weights and physics
I can port it into blender but i'm bad at blender and don't even know how to test textures

Unfortunately I myself know absolutely nothing about ripping game models, all I can do at this point is convert them to playermodels. The addon linked above is a really shitty port of a few models from trepang and I'm probably not even gonna use it in my 106 models, but it's all I've got right now. Eventually I'll probably just go to the trepang discord and just ask them if they can help a brotha out and gib me da models but until then sorry can't really help with your 107 situation :/ 106 is coming soon though!
