You know you guys can use the "Custom Settings" mod to change drop rates for all different item types? It was last updated Nov 11. Maybe give that a try instead of begging for an update that may never happen?

drop everything sounds fun, until you get pages and pages of fun broken stuff around ...love the mod, but the lack if autoscrap and item filters makes it a bit too much

Hi, it would be awesome to add a "scrap everything" button to the loot window. I have a lot of armor laying around, and it takes to much time to scrap it one at a time. Thanks in advance :)

Maybe game was updated? Think it's broken now. Had few starts untill yesterday and it was working. From some point it stopped working (did not add any new mods - just progress in game). After Adonis mercenaries stepped in - mod stopped working. Now it's you fight with bunch heavy armed and armored guys and in the end of battle you get a knife, a medkit, and steel helmet. Started run of ammo (it disapered from drops). Started new game - does not work...

I used it on a campaign I started some days ago; I'm using other mods like "ammo to squad stash" and the pause mod, maybe that is the problem?

Restarting the game did nothing, the drop rate during my tactical battles stays low.

Read through most comments, seems this mod only work with auto resolve, is that correct ?
If so pity, as I like to take the fight manually.
Being attacked my an attack legion of 17 men in K9, so far none has dropped anything.

Doesnt the mod work with current savegames ? Just took mine K10 and not a single enemy of the 8th dropped anything. ANd yes I have activated it in Mod Manager.

Mod seems to stop working randomly? Or is it that it only activates for some enemies/encounters but not others?

Yes, 100% is way to much. Double or Tribble the Vanilla-Values would be better. This is like God-Mode

Love this mod! Thank you! Was killing my immersion not having everything drop. On the highest difficulty this mod makes the game so much better than base game. Just being able to use a machine gun is a blast.

Can't wait for a 1.13 version of JA3 and this mod is the start of all of that thanks again.

btw ... if the devs really wanted to make ammo and equipment availabilty a core of the gameplay they shopuld have introduced a logistical aspect to the gameplay so that the player can solve such issues without having to rely on the RNG of loot drops. This is not supposed to be a survival game after all.

well, imho, the difficulty in a game focused on tactical combat should not rely on the sparseness of ammo

Got two M14 and not a single bullet for either one, ever. Got 3 FAL and not a single bullet for them ever. Got a bunch of AK and not enough bullets to load them for the six mercs. Got a metric ton of 9mm for the pistols that they started with. Real not fun fighting enemies with machine guns and rocket launchers using only pistols and knives.

You are exaggerating. Even without this mod i had M24, M14, HK21, RPK, FAL and other weapons pretty quickly. Ammo only became a problem when i used Machinegunners and then only for this type of ammo.

You can even craft ammo, but there are benefits to fight in a way that conserves ammo so you have some in more difficult situation.

Im just saying this mod takes a lot of the difficulty out of the game.

And the mod is excellent, thanks to the Author. It's a pity that computer chips do not fall almost at all.

And my three or four mercenaries have four rusty revolvers and one bulletproof vest for all? You're either joking or you're just a masochist

It does make the game a lot easier. But honestly if a game is exclusively balanced around ultra ♥♥♥♥♥♥ droprates and the "difficulty" stems from you having virtually no other way of getting ammo then the 0.1% drop rate from enemies...then the basic design is already beyond saving...

But as Aegmar said: if you no longer have to kill 10 enemies with 2 bullets, then the game escalates into a walking simulator quickly

Thanks for the mod, but it is basically a cheat mode. Game becomes super easy when you have so much scrap and modify everything to the max.

Its cool, but when you are considering this mod keep in mind you might miss out on a lot of tense and interesting gameplay when you buff your squads like this. The scarce loot in game is there for a reason.

I deactivated it again but may use it for a second playthrough.

Mod is working fine for me. The first couple battles on Ernie don't drop much, but once you start hitting the other sectors beyond the 2nd one, you'll be getting guns, ammo, and armor from most Legion guys you kill.
