Scratch that previous comment. I went through and overhauled all of the script files associated with the Ketaros Commander Traits (KCT) portion of this mod. Everything associated with KCT should now play nicer with other mods in general, and should be more update-proof as a whole.

@Fabel just updated this to be more in line with Drago Duvals most recent updates to their update of the Ketaros Commander Traits mod. Hopefully this fixes it. I still have yet to do sufficient digging to sort out what the issues are, but that's something I plan to try to do here soon.

But for now, this should hopefully work.

Currently Ketaros' "More Traits - Commander" disables education - no wards at all. This carries over to this modpack, so using it will make you unable to educate children or send wards to others as of now.

For now, this is a partially helpful workaround. However, if you're running a pretty extensive modlist much like myself, these mod packs don't solve the issue because it doesn't take many mods to bloat the load time beyond what is impractical, and making rebooting the game a more efficient way to load saves after CK3 has been open for at least 15 minutes.

@blazeknave absolutely.

When following the same procedure as in my bug report post, i got the following results:

Loading time when only loading all 18 mods that are included across my 4 mod packs as 18 individual mods consistently took over 10+ minutes to load a save after 15 minutes of the game running.

Loading time of only the exact same mods but condensed into my 4 mod packs which loads as only 4 separate mods, it consistently took under one minute to load after 15 minutes of CK3 running.

The mods being run was functionally the exact same, but just one loaded as 18 separate entities, versus 4 separate entities. The massive differential in results is a testament to the fact that since 1.9.2.1 there's some weird interaction going on between mod list length, CK3, loading saves, and the amount of time that CK3 is running in a single session. I'm really hoping that the devs bother to look into it.

The link to UCS Rellom's New Traits is blocked. Is there a way to get info about this trait set? I love your other combination mods, I'll give them a try.
