i agree that she has a lot of problems but i'll make a big overhaul for her next year--right now, i'm focusing on making charlotte (the thing from madoka that kills mami and becomes bebe in the movie) and grima (the dragon from fire emblem)
Sorry if this comes off overly negative I genuinely do love how you designed this character which is why I want to give critisism
You sometimes can get it in places where you can't detonate it easily.
So you either SD/Waste Time to get it out of there or you play the match without a side-b which sucks
I don't know what the BLW palette is referencing but it's really stylish.
also while her strongs don't have the knockback that they should rn, iirc in current patch full charge fstrong galaxies from center stage at 120 so no clue wha=t you mean by them not killing at 190
i think her Up B could use a buff maybe a hitbox where she tps to ( would also compliment the curse mechanic that tps her to the enemy well) or just simply faster start up less meter drainage
and she could use some buffs to her strongs cuz rn they dont kill at even like 190s

Up air also doesnt kill even near blast zone at 100 so maybe slightly more knockback scaling on it would be nicee
Dont wanna be too critical cuz i love dis character and i think the balancing is almost perfect which is so refreshing man im sick of deviantart furry OC characters with whole entire documents of gimmicks and broken shit that are impossible to fight

ftilt, bair, and the downb rocket have decent knockback, and uair is pretty good for cheesy ladder kills off the top if your opponent is close to the top blastzone
my rating of this character is a 10/10 super fun moves and setups
my only gripes so far is the fact that despite how much damage this character can shit out, she cant kill.(maybe im just bad LOL)
(also pls pls pls pls pls add Theatre of a Witch to her stage theme i beg of u)
however, i do have one more madoka character i want to make next year: charlotte. the fucking snake doll thing that kills you know who. i know that probably isnt the character you want, but it's the one you're getting
then i changed it to some other thing, and then i realized that other thing sucked
but a tradeoff like that would be sick
maybe i could give her increased gravity too
i've been hearing a lot of complaints about her meter being kinda half baked, and i can see why. i do have some ideas on how to fix it, but you'll have to wait for those
a friend also experienced a weird issue where sometimes, randomly, her walk would be really slow, to this day i have no idea what that could possibly be linked to--i did mess with walk a little in her code, but it was just animation-wise; what i did literally could not impact gameplay in any way and nobody else has mentioned anything like that
There is a strange issue that slows the game down quite alot, I've tested other workshop characters and they don't seem to cause this slow down, just Homura herself that causes this issue.
Think that the issue comes in if you survive for along while, as there were cases when I died, the slow down seem to go away until I remain alive for awhile, then it kicks in.
Don't know if anyone else experienced this issue, or this is just a my pc thing.
(Been looking forwards to this one)
