Regarding the marriage issue for adventurers, adventurers don't have access to the "find a wife" interaction, so it's normal that there's no alert.
go to Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1158310\2996519353\common\important_actions and open 99_alertmanager_guardian.

Could you add an option to permanently remove characters from the "dynasty members can be invited" tab?
Or at least make sure the ones rejected stay rejected even after they move?
I'm annoyed i get spammed by the same people over and over, just because they went to another location.

And i have one more suggestion: to add allert that player have a body to bury
1) A mod to have the possibility to brand children as "cleric" to make them start the ecclesiastical career (...an alternative and useful way to disinherit some children).
2) A mod to have the possibility to marry our daughters to mercenary commanders (not to obtain their alliance, but just to get more historic flavour and generate new dynasties).
3) A mod to have the possibility to have a look to all our EX Councillors. A kind of "council positions history button" to watch the list of all our ex chancellors for example or to all our ex marshals.
4) A mod to have the possibility to know, when and in which battle, a character got injured or disfigured in his Memories list.
5) A mod to have the possibility to create or rename the family names of bishops, archbishops, peasant revolt commanders and mercenary commanders.
Bring the Hostage notifications under control of this. I actually like the Demand Hostage notification because I take way more joy in screwing up peoples kids than I reasonably should. But the Offer Hostage notification - who needs to know that some ruler will graciously allow you to give your kids to them for free? Is there really one out there that would say "No way! I don't want free leverage on you! Away with thee!"
Honestly, why PDX didn't and continues to not, make notifications fully customizable is baffling. Why would anyone playing a grand strategy game want to be able to filter incoming messages? /s
Idea, could you integrate a mass invite function for dynasty members as well as characters who have been "tagged" , so anyone willing to come without a hook or money you could just click a single button?
I feel like PDX needs to add that in physicians notification, since it is one of the first things a player should do and it is one of the simpler notifications to add. I mean the vanilla game reminds the player of a Wet Nurse now.
Also for courtiers willing to convert (religion), I feel like it would be beneficial if anyone with over 100% chance was just automatically asked. The actual alert should just involve interactions where you may have to give up a hook or something
