You need the perk at the end of the tree for each weapon type. For example the greatsword requires the warmaster perk at the end of the Two Handed perk tree

One of the problems is no one really reacts to status in the game.I wish as you became more wealthy people would address and treat you accordingly..

It includes a sword, mace, warhammer, greatsword, and a war axe.

Goes well with Golden Elven Armor - I use the light armor version myself but might use this for followers / housecarls
