Mod currently enables you to build Barracks + Naval Bases. However, vanilla transferred building place to Military Formations.

I can build Barracks in the Building Menu, while in Vanilla it is not possible anymore!

Great mod can't play without it! Could you make this mod comoatible with the foreign investment and tdividend mod? Currently it breaks the foreign investment UI. Thanks!
