It uses four modes.
I think it's mostly in vanilla mode, isn't it?
What ever I do it remembers storage just fine with exception the command mention before. can you try it again with only this mod to rule out a other mod causing your issue.
I raised it to 99.
All other method seems to remember artifact stored after loading.
Nothing I can do about that it seems.
Storage seems fine to me nothing lost when loading my save game. Tested it also on its own adding minor artifacts saved game exit and load again and amount added stays.
hmm further testing it only seems to reset when hitting minor artifact cap above 2000 and then loading it seems to reset to 2000 old max. Anything below cap seems to stick. I see what I can do about that.
I did notice a other mod of mine causing visual bug because I haven't updated that part yet sins the change but that did not effect storage.
Tested with my game and no issues with this what so ever. loaded as first in mod list and as last and even on its own.
Can buy and sell food or any other resource just fine on market.
a other mod must causes the issue. GL hunting it down.
