Could you please make gibs for this? Like when the strider gets destroyed by the magnusson device, it explodes into the normal strider gibs. I don't like that.

ragdoll physics are broken due to the source engine demanding that nothing will ever be 100% good

Just as you did here with the strider, I think the trappropeller_engine would work too. If you want to use more unique props, you could try using utilityconducter001 as the body. It even has a little panel to put the back leg onto!

i've made the eyes and bits of the legs, but i'm having trouble finding a model that i could shape into the hunter's body, do you have any suggestions?

I made the junkhacks and V8 strider sounds btw! I've got a similar "junk-y" pack for the hunter sitting around somewhere, and I think it'd fit fairly well with the way you make these :}
