@Mintmane, it works functionally. If he doesn't want other pops growing in the build slot he should just set that planet to only build his species' pops.

Mechanoid pop assemblies are still bugged. The positronic labs are giving organic pop assembly, but my friend's mechanoid pops aren't benefiting from it.
