i does not work it says "save or file is missing"

I can't seem to get this to work. No residential will grow and replacing the network connections, connecting them, and adding new ones doesn't do much either, should I go into Map Editor to fix this or can I fix it in the game?

i liked the map. looks great, but is there a way to have it without the mods/assets. 71 is a lot. i just got my assets/mods cleaned up from the last update nightmare. thanks

great work but you need better preview image, it will help you to get more view and sub on workshop.
