Report a translation problem
So, I confirmed before my initial response that she had the same blue halo with the mod disabled, and that it was what she was supposed to have according to the game files. However, you're correct that it's a pantheon unlock.
My theory is that this actually partially a vanilla bug, caused by them overlooking the issue of her not having the crown if it's not unlocked yet, and that the mod interaction is at most what's causing her to have other stuff instead.
That said, I'll see if there's something I can do about it to make the crown accessible to her even if it isn't unlocked, without making it available to the player.
-With no mods running, she has her brown hair, no headgear/helmet/nothing visible, just hair
-With my other mods activated WITHOUT this mod, she still has her normal vanilla look
-With my other mods activated WITH this mod, she has some golden helmet on that leaves her bald.
-With nothing enabled except this mod, she gets some brown hood on.
In your screenshot she has some blue halo on, she does not have that in my game(I've also done a google/youtube search and the first vid i came across had no headgear, so i'd assume mine is the default look). my (uneducated) guess is that the blue halo is some pantheon(or modded) item that I have yet to unlock and with the item not being unlocked in my game, she gets assigned something random based on available head gear
You may have a mod conflict. Try moving this mod to the bottom of your load order.
As for the hero library physical forum not saving, I REALLY hope you can fix that one. I have several factions created that I wanted to mix in a few, specifically designed heroes from other races and it's a bummer they won't save.

I'm not seeing any obvious issues of stuff being invisible. Can you explain what I'm looking for in that last screenshot? As for the first one, I believe that's a vanilla bug that is now fixed. Please confirm that you don't have either of the old DLC patches for this mod still installed, and try moving this to the bottom of your load order. Then let me know if you're still seeing issues

I don't think that's a result of the mod or something that I can fix. Unfortunately I don't know enough about it to answer any questions in depth.

This is going to take some digging, and I can't promise any results. But I will definitely be looking into it and fixing it if I can.
re: Metal Accent UI element not appearing for non-Architects
This is fixed in the update I've just pushed. This does have the downside of the Metal Accent option appearing even if there's nothing equipped that it will actually affect.
re: Elysians not having access to High Helmets
I've also fixed this in the same push. Stuff like that is a big pain to check for, but simple to fix, so please keep reporting any issues of races not having access to things they should as you come across them!
helmets not showing up, ancients
After you're back - Is there any chance for the Heroes not saving the form change? It seems that the issue only occur with the new Hero Customization option for Extra Faction Data.

One thing to note, the AP clothing and the Architect culture units come with an additional colour slot called "Weapon Color" that changes the accents. It's not available with the mod and - at least for me - the accents are all a bright turquoise.
Something to look into once you get back so I hope you have a very relaxing (and well-deserved) vacation!
