Well if you're still interested in patching it yourself that would be perfect!
New update just dropped and broke my patch and so far I can't figure out how to fix it.
Will probably keep banging my head into it tomorrow, but if you would still like to make your own version, now would be the perfect time! :)
Should be available once the Steam Gods decide it's clean :P
The UV prism appears to be the issue, something about the shield damage bonus causes it.
It wouldn't be that difficult since it's pretty much just a text file with extra steps, but the damage seems to be the same for all but the UV and enriched prisms. I could be totally wrong but that's what it looked like when I was doing some DPS comparisons just to see if I should bother using them in campaign.
Also the UV prism's damage output is identical if you only remove the shield and hull multipliers since- from what I could tell anyway- are applied later than the combination falloff is.
Maybe changing falloff modifiers flat out doesn't work at all, or it technically works but wasn't done correctly, and there's a large chance that this could be my extraordinarily trash memory back at it again and I'm entirely wrong on all of this, I genuinely have no idea lmao.
I'm pretty sure it isn't supposed to say it has the same falloff as the standard.
