[WotC] Inventory Cleanup for Tactical Armory UI

Might be a conflict with a mod i've had, but for the information of other people using this mod, This caused intense FPS drops on the Tactical layer. Going from 120fps to 30fps with this mod installed.
Haven't tried it isolated or anything 'cause i didnt really care to figure out if it was specifically this mod's fault or not. But
Just incase anyone is having slowdowns on tactical after installing a bunch of mods, This might be one of the mods causing the problem. so try removing this one :P

@Lost I am using the Tactical Armory UI but when I activate this mod the Alternative fMod Launcher indicates there is a conflict.

Just the duplicates, unfortunately. It's meant to provide compatibility.

So this fixes the crashes on Tactical armory, or just fixes duplicate problem?

There does seem to be a number of complaints of crashes and whatnot on it's page.

I seemingly remember this mod crashing a lot. Especially when you try to attach mods to your weapons and changing them for another one.

@RustyDios The non-infinite items seemed the easiest to fix but it feels less weird than duplicate infinite ones. I'm sure it'll be a bit of trial and error to work with the gamestates, I just have to find the time to really look at it more.

@Newt It says so, yes, but it is intentionally overwriting Tactical Armory UI so you can ignore it.

What it should be really be doing instead of skipping or removing...
... is to make the gamestates non-infinite (if they are), increase the quantity of one gamestate by one, remove/cleanup/quantity0 the gamestate of the other, (then set the gamestates back to infinite if they were before) ...

this way it will also tidy up non-infinite individual build items
