i dont think its stolen, he just downloaded it from the server and made it more accessible for people who are too lazy or dont know how to install it from the server

*Some Thoughts*
Units need to be able to attack other units. My artillery cannot attack anything other than AT guns and that makes no sense. I assume it's a bug though. Overall I really like this mod and will continue to look out for it.
