Regarding the Deuterocanon, the Catholic Public Domain Version (CPDV) includes it. The KJV doesn't, as modern copies no longer print it.

Regarding the Orthodox canon: I hope you'll allow me to correct you. The 81 Orthodox canon is a bit of a common misunderstanding. There is not one Orthodox canon as they don't see the word "canon" as strict as the other 2 branches. The Orthodox church with some of the most books in their canon is the Ethopian/Eritrieran Orthodox church, with 81. However, as far as I know, most other Orthodox churches have less :)

If you mean switching away from it, just use your scrollwheel and left click. The weapons menu remains enabled unless you open the menu with your reload key. If you mean close it while you are using it as a SWEP, a kind of comsetic thing, that's currenlty not possible.
