@Beyond Disbelief this mod only affect auto-expand feature for player,AI won't be affected

Hi,

In the late game great powers like Great Britain never seems to have enough convoys, ruining market access due to sea route efficiency. I wonder if your mod will also make AI automatically expand their convoy capacity as needed, or is it a strictly a player QOL feature?
