You can use Alt+C for defining the specific level you need, based on a level that already exists, then use the flat tool. If more than 2 meters, the boys will drown. Otherwise, they'll swim, and shoot ;)

Nice one ! However, your lake and canyons are too deep for me. I would level them up a bit, in the Editor.
