I was curious so I did a quick test by annexing a bunch of Indochinese states as Denmark via cheats and the Create Indochina decision worked as expected (Indochina did not break free randomly). Idk, people might just be experiencing mod conflicts.

2 games in a row around year 1870 either the Holy Roman Empire or German Empire will annex 80% of the world instantly. I have no idea why and it makes it unplayable.

Please update it my friend, with 1.8 and the new stuff like possibility to rename states and cities your mod would be absolute perfection. To colonize new lands and entirely giving them names based on your nation's language and stuff. If you update this mod my life would be absolutely fulfilled!

Can AI aggressiveness be more appropriate, for example, the competition for land plots between the great powers can be judged by events instead of starting wars all the time, otherwise when I play Russia in the Afghanistan region and United Kingdom conflicts, thank you
