* Urban Rail added
* The Netherlands starting with Libraries
* Balancing
Retirement age is introduced by the Fiscal Policy mod.
- The Netherlands has no corruption issues at all, it should not be a major problem (check http://www.transparency.org/cpi2015)
- The Netherlands has no "Sexism" issue to the extend that the mod implies (which sounds to me more like some countries in the middle east where women are sometimes not act by themselves).
- We do not have excessive road accidents either (check out: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_traffic-related_death_rate) . The Netherlands scores as the 8th safest place in the list for road fatalities on every 100,000 inhabitans.
- The Petrol tax should be higher. Of the prices paid at the petrol stations about 70% goes to the government. This includes VAT (21%). I would therefore advise to put this tax at 45%.
-Public Libraries should be enabled from the start. I would recomment to set them at a medium level.
-Retirement ages can be set (though this is part of another of your mods I believe) at 67 years.
* New dilemmas (Street races, Pet regulation)
* Balancing
You can of course play Switzerland with Earth Transit, and add all Border Infrastructure.
Error when starting country, please fix.
* Balancing; fixed a conflict with "Industrial Evolution"
* New policy: Environmental Property Right
* New situation: Bus Strike
* New event: Train Speed Record
* Balancing
Added Railroad sound.
* Border Infrastructure policy (see image).
* Technology increases Car Usage a great deal. (As the workforce gets more specialized, longer commuting is needed. As cars get stronger and more comfortable, people prefer them more.)
* Various other balancing.
* Rural Development Grants increases Car Usage (used to be overpowered).
* Plastic Bag Tax decreases GDP marginally (less shopping) but improves the environment.
* Several overrides that make environmentalists less happy.
* GDP creates more Air Travel, less CO2 in itself.
* Satellite Road Pricing has more intricate effects.
