Mod's name in files and other launchers such as Irony Mod Manager shows as Provinces>Nations (Defender of the Faith)

Incorporate an event that gives you a 5% chance to build a low tier trade building in a random province, or gives 1 dip dev to a random province if you have high trade eff.
