Yeah, it's a in-game bug. Sometimes the game reads the integer "0" harpoon resistance as a max number of "int" data type, which is -2147483648.

I don't know when this happened, but the nanomachine backpack that I have suddenly gained:
"Harpoon resistance -2,147,483,648 pts"
This finally explains why I used to get one-shot on a previously playthrough. But its really strange that this even happened.

NM do not have gas resistance, but they do have 50% resistance to acid rain and burning

I'm sorry to bug you but, do these have any acid or gas resist? I think this is genius either way btw. I need things to compensate for my trove of armor mods that don't always play well together. this fills in the gaps for that and it's weird that people don't understand that

@Welk I couldn't add the harpoon resistance because of the restrictions in the FCS. Harpoon resistance depends on the material type of the armour. The material type of nanomachines is cloth. If I changed it to add harpoon resistance, it would mean remaking the whole armour and recalculating cut and blunt resistances + there would be no dexterity and combat speed buffs. Sorry for the inconvenience.

@RitzierPoet2714 He usually sits in the bar. You'll find him there. If not, he, like you said, will just be walking around the city. Remember, he wears Ancient Samurai Legplates, a piece of armour with bright orange colour.

@SpiralRazor sorry to see you didn't find it lore-friendly :( Honestly, making it lore-friendly was more of a secondary task rather than a primary, which is making the invisible armour itself.

@Welk Sorry, but I won't be adding gas resistance. I just don't think it makes sense lol.

As for the Hivers' ability to have Nanomachines: I'll also think about it...

Ok thanks when will you add the damage effect also could you pls atleast add the gas resistance to nanomachines so the hiver soldier drone can use it?They don't wear helmets.

@Welk Nothing can prove the existance of Nanomachines today. Nanomachines is the new concept added by me, not by the developers. I just made it so that the proof doesn't exist anymore (meaning it was lost or destroyed); only a single skeleton that was involved with the creation of Nanomchines knows about them.

I'm not an expert on lore, so you gotta do some digging yourself if you want to answer your questions about lore. I suggest googling "The Definitive Lore of Kenshi". It's a two-part Reddit article that pretty much covers everything about Kenshi's history!

What i mean is where is the lore proof nanomachines exist in the second empire like ruins,biome location?. Not added ancient ruin mods.only the vanilla ones.

@Welk I'll think about adding the damage effect. I didn't play much with my mod; all I did was to make sure that there are no bugs.

About the weather immunities: I completely forgot about them! The thought didn't even occur to me lol. Maybe I'll add 50% acid rain resistance and burning resistance.

About the ruin locations: I didn't add such things. I made the trader tell about it for the lore exclusively. They USED to be during the Second Empire, but now they are nowhere to be found. Hopefully I explained everything!

If you add 1.2x damage effect. Make it a little bit more expensive. Are you also planning to add all weather immunties too? Where is the Ruin Location and biome in Kenshi where the second empire use nanomachines?

@Welk I was considering adding a 1.2x damage effect for a while, but, IMHO, even in the endgame, it would be too cheesy and OP. Maybe if more people agree with you, I'll add it.
