Salute to the great author! This job is truly outstanding.
Please allow me to raise a small question. I wonder if it's due to my personal circumstances or the update of paradox... In summary, the text box presented when editing the country information is smaller than in the previous version, which limits the amount of information presented to a very disappointing extent. We sincerely request your kind assistance to further expand this part of the UI. Please, this is really important for those who enjoy editing settings!

Suggestion:

Enabling Outliner Width and making it user-customisable is actually possible.

From my modding experience, It's probably possible to set scripted_variables, configure your UI/GFX elements to use them, and then use sub-mods that configure those scripted_variables to get best of both worlds.

Users get the option to choose between the Default Tiny Outliner or with more Outliner Width options.
And this method is quite maintenance free. (As your sub-mods, and possibly other community published sub-mods will only change the global variable file (scripted_variables))

Hmm suddenly even really short planet names (e.g. "Blosson") don't fit into the outliner without being abbreviated anymore, did it's width change? Is there a way to make it slightly wider?

Awesome mod.

Honestly, this mod's biggest problem is the lack of enough width to actually put long names into Planets/Civilian Vessels.

Do we still have the 3.14 version of this mod?There are so much bugs in 4.0 so I am still playing the 3.14 version.

Yeah I have not played stellaris in 2025, trying to get back in to it.
Seems like 4.x is a mess. started working on it yesterday and I am going to give it a few hours more today. But if I do not get any 4.x version working after 40 hours I will give up. that is my limit.
Maybe start playing the 3.14 version again or just wait a year.
Having to work a full week without salary to be able to play a game, and it still does not work haha :cozybethesda:

@brianefmo: no and no. It does what the vanilla Outliner does, but smaller. We don't really control the content, just how it looks.

Would it be possible to change the color of the up-arrow upgrade icons for the megastructures tab to indicate which ones you have the resources and tech necessary to upgrade?

And would it be possible to sort them alphabetically?

I'm playing on a 4K (3840x2160) monitor, but the UI scaling settings aren't being applied.

The width, height, and display position are strange, so I'd like to customize it myself, but I'd appreciate it if you could give me some advice via chat. Even if you have time. :Gifting:

@Harain - Please update for star base information. It would appear there are errors as well with modules on star bases showing open modules when the star base is completed.

@Harain, on newest Stellaris version, there isn't information about fleet power of starbases and icons of upgrades, available slots for modules etc. are below the actual starbase.

For me the main issue after the latest patch is that for stations the upgrade (and other) icons are shifted by one row down somehow. Playing on 1440p.

The only thing I noticed so far. The Shipyards don't show the fleet power and they seem to be off for upgrades. It is below the actual shipyard. Works great otherwise no other issues that I can find.

Updated to 3.14 - lots of code changes to make it closer to vanilla (easier to update)

I asked Harain if he can update the mod, but the fix is simple.

Go to the folder (accesible by opening the Stellaris Launcher (from Steam), all installed mods,(click three dots), show in folder, and editing the : **descriptor.mod** file with notepad: rename to supported_version="v3.12.*". Save file.

Just to confirm, when you say it makes, "Situations and Megastructures 'tiny' also" are you saying the actual megastructures are tinier or are you saying the UI for them is tinier?
