Because Escort has not been updated for the Watcher update. I swear, nobody reads the big text in the description that clearly states this mod isn't compatible with Watcher yet.

yeah it is because of the new update, evilmoondragon mentioned it earlier

I got that too, I assumed it was because of watcher (I enabled it because I was already subscribed so I didn't see the disclaimer that it wasn't updated for watcher)

a lot have weird things have happened since downloading this
including but not limited to arena mode not working normally and custom sprites not working
