my main issue with Baltics is the campaign ends on German side the moment the objectives are taken. i havent met 60% of soviet forces. Met an IS tank once. I dont understand why they keep doing this here and in Warno. Any chance to change the objective to hold the flags until end of last turn?

is there a way you can modify general games to allow more than the starting players to play a game?

lets say i start a game with 2 people, i want to do it with 4 or 5 but then ill have to start a whole new game. could you modify that into your mod or is that out of your hands? thank you very much!

Battle timewise I think will remain as is, at most could experiment with 10-20min longer, as I don't want to turn it into a complete attrition war to the last unit in a single battle.
As for dlc, I don't know, just try it out.

hi, does it require any other dlc's to be able to play it? (besides burning baltics...). for example, I don't have the tribute to d-day 1943, so could it conflict with the Italian units?

Great mod. Is it possible to increase the duration of the battle (by 60-90 minutes) and increase the defeat timer?

It works, Just unsubscribe and subscribe to the mod to force redownload of newest version incase it doesnt automatically do it on its own.

Took many hours due to conflicts with new update, but updated. Keep in mind that updating mod every minor patch is taxing so support is always welcome ^^. Have fun playing :)

Also why do Soviet Rifle Rgt have T-34s in them, from what I can see in the 1944 Rifle Division Arrangement, tanks were not organic to them.

I only ever play AG Versus. The only time planes are powerful if you go in to Phase B or C, otherwise, unless you have 5 batallions in A phase you can not afford buying too many planes. Not only that, it is very possible to survive and fight off the planes, even so, you should have advantage if the enemy allows you to use your planes. Now the airplanes wings are too damn weak, after a few missions they already too weak to perform anymore.

Planes cool, but air wings too stronk, amount of planes in vanilla airwings trivalizes any engagement they are in.

Having planes in the Regiments is so bad for gameplay. Now all battles are just like in Skirmish with AA and Planes, Operational map air defence means nothing anymore. Also so few planes now in the air wings. What were you thinking?

Appreciate the kind comments, those only motivate further, creative moods definitely come and go ^^ despite all it's flaws, nothing out there to scratch that ww2 operational level like steel division does. Just really wish we had more urban maps and more complex vegetation cover like in SD44.

Glad you enjoy it :) . Initially when making starting the mod, I wanted to keep it as historically accurate as possible, but after doing initial research and diving into finding out actual numbers and regiment manpower and equipment strengths from unit chronicles, it came quickly apparent that whole army generals are surface level accurate themself. It would take so much time to change it that I just threw the idea out the window and focused on gameplay variety while keeping historical plausability of quality and equipment strengths to fit theme, but also giving out a few fun toys to use and take care of.

I have to Say (again) that this mod is just great with the flavor, and to spice up the unit variety.

The only question I have is if you actually research what units/regiments (ie Finnish, paratrooper or others) were actually there and then put them down. Or do you just place them down for variety?

I'd love to see an Operation Barbarossa in an alternate time line where the Japanese co-ordinate an attack in Siberia ( instead of in the Pacific ) at the same time as the Germans attack Russia. This will mean that the Russians don't have those Siberian divisions to counterattack the Germans in Oct-Nov 1941. Your mod can ignore the Japanese front and allow the Germans to win Operation Barbarossa by (1) forcing the Russians to the Urals (2) capturing Moscow and Leningrad and (3) capturing the Caucasus oil field thereby forcing the Russians to peace negotiations.!

I have no idea, mod compatibility for sd2 is notoriously bad. There is no such thing as mod load order if there is even single value conflicting between the mods.

Just to say that i really love this mod, it gives the units a lot more personality instead of just a copy and paste template, The thing that some units dont even have trucks for the germans also make the game 10x better

Indeed, biggest improvement it really needs is actual map randomization rather than area set maps and maps not expanding to unreasonable front line length sizes the more pawns are added in.

Thanks for the support king. Just need to recharge my modding batteries as inability to mod map change in army general does take abit of a toll on repetitveness during testing. As for allies, it is a monumental task to replace whole AG with interesting and diverse western allies army.
