Right, the sky. Didn't think that'd be an error outside of ZS. The Skybox is HDR (High-Dynamic Range) Only, because L4D2 doesn't support LDR. GMOD DOES Support LDR, and HDR. If you're running LDR the skybox will be missing every time. I'm swapping it for a HL2 Skybox next update.
