I think the sacrifice takes place in a botched military operation. They had a tank (or infected with one turned into a tank) locked in a train car that derailed. Clearly they were experimenting with people so they probably experimented with prisoners.

Genuine question, why is there an inmate hunter in the sacrifice? I don't remember anything related to a prison in that campaign so I am baffled.

for swamp fever do the muddy hunter for chapter 2-3 and maybe the camouflage hunter for the final part in swamp fever.

Yes, I will try to use this method for each SI. There aren't many L4D1 SI skins for specific maps, so it will be more of a TRNG.
