As I'm working with Caesar Universalis and currently giving Portugal some love/flavor, I added the your CB to use when the player reaches, India. Is that ok? I'll give the credits and keeping the original files for those who search also know where it is from!

Hi Clark, no idea why it rounds just as smooth for me. It might be some incompatibility with latest update of the game, since I havent been able to update the mod. :)

This mod reduces considerably the performance of the game, any idea what could it be? It is the only thing I've changed on the playset. I speak portuguese if necessary lol

Hi Danpanthu, thanks for the feedback I have fixed this issues now, actually removed the fort maintenance modifier so it is more balanced the Feitoria mechanic

I like the mod but the feitoria gives you global fort maintenance instead of local and portugal s second idea gives minus 5% army tradition decay witch means you can t lose army tradition i think it was supposed to be 0.5% nice mod though

Olá Purechaos obrigado pelo apoio! Também acho muito estranho isso acontecer, a unica coisa no meu mod que afecta a GUI das provincias é a Ordem de Cristo, que adicionei ás outras ordens. Vou dar uma olhadela nos ficheiros para perceber a incompatibilidade, mas à partida eu diria que será mais provavel ser das ideias e policies que esse mod adiciona.

O unico mod que joguei que adiciona mais edificios é o Albert AIM, vale a pena experimentar. Mas normalmente jogo o mais fiel possivel com o base game.

Tenho tres perguntas:
No jogo há muito dinheiro por gastar por isso costumo ativar o mod "The idea variation" pois ele adiciona edifícios, o problema é que, com o Epopeia ativado, ao clicar numa província o jogo fecha-se.. o que, para mim, não faz sentido pois apenas um dos mods é que adiciona edificios e o outro não.
É algo além do edifícios? Existe algum mod semelhante que possa usar ao invés do The idea variation que conheças? Que mods recomandas?

Also most of the code is written in a way that doesn't hijack game files, which could end up on rewriting entire functionalities. There some exchanges due to laziness but I can easily fix it.

Hi Cicero, my idea with this mod is to maintain the most of vanilla not changing core things like map, trade nodes, etc so it stays easyto grasp for players who want to try this mod (there is already a lot you have to learn about EU4, after 1k hours I still learn new things :D). This also makes sure that EPOPEIA will be able to scale into future releases and updates. Due to that, I believe that you can easily play this mod with other, like Victorum, who heavily transform the EU4 experience. I am also open to any tips on how I can make it more compatible or even improve it for an overall experience :)

Awesome mod! Makes playing Portugal extremely fun doing the things they did back then :D

Things to fix: Lots of spelling errors, like "The Fith Empire" and that last mission it says be a great power of of rank 5 or less, I believe it should be rank 5 or more (like 5,4,3,2 or 1), I was no.1 and couldn't click on the last mission because I was the best :(

My idea behind the mission is:

- Ally Castile + Rival Aragon = Focus on exploration and if you want ally Napoles and help it be a power house in Italy

- Ally Aragon + Rival Castile = Conquer Iberia with Aragonese help

- Rival Castile + Rival Aragon = Conquer it all alone!

If you feel the mission should be tweaked to do something different I am open to suggestions :)

Also you can complete the mission later on when Spain is formed either by allying them or rivalling them. Based on who you ally or rival there will be different outcomes.

Hi Gabriel it should be fixed in the most recent patch I uploaded today :)
From my point of view the mod is now 99% done and 99% playable (it might be needed in the future to tweak some small things)

Hi Marvin in the mission intrevine in castile it says i need to rival aragon and castil and i need to be alied with castile and be a rival with aragon but also be a allied with aragon and rival castile

Yes I need to test that (culture shift or just own those provinces). But if it doesnt work I will just add some regiments as a bonus like it was I think it is a nice touch. Btw if you have any tips or ideas for features to add feel free to share :)

Hi Marvin. Thanks for the quick response time. :) What you said makes sense. Since we can only build caravels and galleons on primary (iberian) culture provinces it is possible that you can only build cawa in provinces with Cushitic culture group. Do you known if owning a Cushitic culture province would allow you to recruit cawa? Or do you think I need to have Cushitic culture as accepted culture? Regarding what I think is best for the update on the mod, the ability to recruit cawa is a nice bonus/flavour for the POR gameplay but I don't think it is a must. In order words, I don't think that by not having it breaks any emersion or anything. The other features of your mod are already really good, so I would say don't stress about cawa. Use you best judgment on what needs to be worked on if any, in my opinion it has been working so far ;)

Hi Goncalo thanks for the feedback greatly appreciate it. I have been having some headaches with it, for some reason the trigger is not working. I believe it is related to the owned provinces allowing to recruit cawa (so in theory would be able to recruit them only if you own cawa culture group provinces, Horn of Africa).
This week I will be working on some updates and events on the mod. But please let me know if you rather have the mission give some cawa units (like older versions) or give the ability to recruit them?

Hey Marvin; nice mod; love it specially since I play with POR a lot; just one thing the trigger for the prestor john event shows no bonus/effect when you over. In other words, after completing prestor john mission I do get some cawa as the reward for the mission. But if I ally with ETHI do not get neither the popup saying that I got the bonus/effect of the trigger nor can I recruit any cawa. If I go and mannualy check the triggers interface I have the requirements met but it shows no bonus for completing them. Am I missing something? Am I supposed to be able train CAWA in the macrobuilder? I though the bonus was supposed to be able to train cawa. Thanks for the help
