as for the unbidden not being psionic beings, well, the mod always was based upon my own personal theories regarding different aspects of the lore, one of them was that the things you talk to in the shroud are actually the unbidden or other extradimensionals

i thought i changed the mod visibility to private, but its nice to see that some people keep enjoying the mod i guess

Hi there, there isnt a digsite currently for Contingency System, I was planning on releasing the next update of the mod along with the 3.7 of Stellaris but my PC decided that it was a good time to fail, it will take me prob more than a week to get it back to work and stuff

Having a similar problem to FOXY. Hopefully there will be a patch for this mod soon.

So some parts of this mod is broken for me and I'm not sure why, I have no other mod enabled besides it and no dlc either to see if that was the problem, but no matter what i do using the contingency system origin the dig site never shows up.
I haven't tried the other origins added by this yet as they don't really fit the playstyle I enjoy.

Depends, in the first place no other civilization rather than fallen empires would recognize the crysis or their systems which would leave it as a mid-game or even late-game event tbh, and some origins will not involve being or following the crysis own goals.

I feel like perhaps this should come with one ascension perk in "becoming the crises" at the start, because surely other AI should regard you as a danger?

I know, that was kinda the main reason of why I made this mod, I didn't have plans on including it and rather just be neighboring systems, but im already thinking some good storylines if I manage to include it properly.

One idea: Do you know that one new system that spawns with an archaeology site outside the galaxy? Ultima Vigilis or something like that? It's a Contingency system, too. Would be awesome to see your future plans tie into that somehow.
