Yeah, Source is very weird when it comes to textures location.

I did have the problem, hence why i looked this up in the first place. Not only did it fix only some of the models, it broke those that didnt have the checkered eyes in the first place, some of which are even models from mounted games (as opposed to custom workshop models).

Just very weird how this could break things that werent, since its just a material replacer/recovery

Like said on the description, it should be used only if you had this problem before installing it.

idk if this is the cause but when i installed this mod it fixed the eye textures but fucked up everything else

I looked all over the workshop and I couldn't find a fix like this for glasses and visors. This mod works fine from what I've seen so far though.

This addon fixes the models using the files written in the description. Maybe your models don't use them?

Well, on the workshop page, the subscriptions' order is from recent to old. Your only way is to unsubscribe them until finding the right one.

Well, just in case first, try to unistall the addon, launch a map and reinstall the addon. With chance, it will overdrive the files which recaused your problem!

Of course, it's not a magic addon. Which model did you try to fix? This addon only works if the model uses the default reflections for eye textures! :)
