Thank you for the mod. I have changed the connected access to 85%.
I would like:
port and rail access 90%
port 80%
rail 70%
nothing 50%
and the penalty halving with the introduction of motorised trucks.
I had a go at creating the port and rail modifications, but failed.

@EinZwei This increases prices of goods not produced in surplus in the state, adding a transportation cost effectivly if it isnt locally produced

What is this mod trying to emulate and why? Local good production and usage?

Is there a way it could hit 100% when you get modern ports?
