I would fix it if the model (when loaded into blend) didn't have its HANDS STRETCHED BEHIND ITS BACK and I'm pretty sure it's because of the decompiling process it ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up some model data so I need you (the person with the only copy of the files still available) to just learn a bit of weight painting for blender to fix the hands
