Because of a corrupted file in this mod, when I try to change a vassal contract, the game stops to run.

Must nuns always be wandering or guests? Is it possible to have nunneries in parallel with abbeys or if not possible make nuns courtiers of the abbey?

May be something like the orders mechanic in game with abbot and all the courtiers being monks (members of the order in case of the orders), and the next abbot could be "elected" within the court members (monks) like historically via chapter/capitulum (again same as the order grand master or head of the republic in game). Would make them look even more historical as autonomous structures.

@Wizorby Does it need an update at all? As far as I can see, it still runs without any problems.

Not sure if it is possible to do via some script, but could abbot automatically became monk when you appoint one?

Only one problem noticed so far: in events and decisions AI considers these monasteries settlements as empty and trying to construct there other holding types (just wasting resources).
