So ... you just have massive (- 17 wiith my Eblanis) permanent public order malus with immigrants that begins with 2 provinces held. What's the benefits ? Growth ?

Hey man awesome mods. I use all of your submods for AoJ. But I think on of them needs updating because one of them crashes the game now after the latest AoJ update
