The part that caused the crash with "Acceleration" was a leftover i must have overlooked when i moved it into its own submod.

Edit: Crew Speed meaning walkspeed on the ships deck is still kept in the core mod to make them walk faster between rooms etc. but for salvaging, meaning their flying speed outside the ship is outsourced to [BQM] Salvage - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2931491463 .

@Azariel: Ye the last gameversion i updated my mods to was 0.27.0 and inbetween gameversion(s) 0.30.0 and the current 0.30.1a they apparenty broke a lot of mods again :/

Most of my other mods are dependent on updates from other modders ill have to wait on for now.
I might consider forking some of them if the original uploaders take too long to update their mods or (hopefully not) wont update anymore.

Especially Tiered Parts needs to be updated.


[BQM] Core has its load errors fixed for now and should work fine.
Otherwise pls let me know.

The mod is throwing a crash report for something regarding "Acceleration" If i had to guess they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ with that in the heat update fsr

As Erythion said. Going to workshop\content\799600\2911892015\mod.rules and removing or commenting out "Better Untargetable Crew" allows it to load.

Better Untargetable Crew section is broken, pls fix. Commenting out the part makes the mod work, if anyone else want a workaround

Absolutely fantastic!! your additions to the tiers mod is also exceptional!! I'd even give $5 to the cause, as these additions don't exist anywhere else, for no reason.

The ability to turn off the crew speed and pirate wander would be really nice. The tier parts and avigrav engine is really nice!

Its not that they're getting stuck, they hang at the ends of the route for so long it seems like it doesn't speed anything up. The people in the ship are very speedy, but scavenging is still very annoying. One thing i've noticed is that I can execute a move from my ship just after scrap is picked up and they'll move with the execution, like they're tethered to the ship.

I just don't see an actual decrease of time/scavenged piece.

@Person001: Yes some ratios between acceleration and rotation brings crew members into a loop that makes them stuck at their current location. If this still happens way too often i may alter those values. Just let me know. And the slowing down at reaching their destination (i.e. when collecting asteroid parts or debris) is as intended but they shouldnt get stuck there.

It seems like, the closer to they are to the ends of their route, they slow down to the point that they hang there, I got the instant scavenge mod, so its not a huge issue.

@Person001: Is the Crew too Fast for your likings or why would you want to turn off this aspect ?
I may either lower the speeds or outsource the Crew Speed Part into its own sperate Mod (probably with different variants like with Stack Sizes).
Else (if you know what you do) you are free to change the values or outcomment parts in the code yourself to your specific linkings.
Im generally open to suggestions and rebalancing if you give me more info and/or constructive reasoning about it. Also i would need to know what exact type of Crew Speed you mean: on Deck, during Jetpack Flight, Airlock Access Time, Salvage Speed or Job Assignments ?
