How can i change the amount of health that is stolen and the maximum health? I dont know much about gmod or ttt. What are "convars" and where can i use them??

It is ConVar related and I do not know why its broken. I reverted back a bit and remove the ConVar so the only way to change the max health is through the lua file. So the weapon should be functional
