Hi, thanks for the awesome mod! I'm running into an issue with the Halo 4 Campaign With Multiplayer Spartans mod. I installed it via Steam Workshop and added the halo4.dll from the Optional Files on Nexus Mods as suggested. However, in-game, the Spartan's hands are invisible—only the armor is visible. It seems the DLL on Nexus might be outdated and incompatible with the current Workshop version (as of June 2025). The Workshop version works fine without the DLL, but then the mod's full features don't work. Could you please update the Nexus DLL or provide a fix for the invisible hands? Thanks!

General Heed, please, I don't know why you have decided to abandon the Nexus page for this mod yet keep the Workshop version up to date, but I and I imagine many other people would be very appreciative if you just took the files used here on the Workshop and uploaded them to the Nexus. Especially since going to Nexus is *necessary* to using this mod to begin given that users can only get the up-to-date DLL through there. Getting this mod to function properly has been made needlessly frustrating and complicated by splitting everything between Nexus and the Workshop.

So I wanted to use this mod alongside Reflow, but after installing both mods manually, the fatal error crash returns, because the maps folder in the Nexus download is *also* out of date. The crash does not occur when running Reflow alongside this mods' DLL and when installing both via the workshop, the game still functions fine on each version, but you can only play one or the other, not both at the same time, despite that doing so *should* theoretically be possible.

I'm reasonably confident that the cause of this problem is not with Reflow and this mod being incompatible with each other, but rather with this mods' Nexus release being outdated and incompatible with the game itself.

FIxed: The crash is caused by the DLL in the Main File download on Nexus being outdated. With the standalone DLL just underneath in Miscellaneous Files, it works fine.

Fatal error and crash to desktop when trying to start any campaign mission.

i have currently worked out on getting this mod to work without using the DLL, but only with a certain set of armour though.

Just the modded DLL is needed, the rest of this mod includes all the maps you need.

Is the modded DLL all that's needed, or do I also need to add the modded stages?

Yeah you'll still need to download the modded DLL from the link posted in the description and replace it manually. Unfortunately that's the only part of this process that 343 won't allow to be automated by Steam Workshop but the DLL is required for the mod to function. No way around that unfortunately.

Game crashed and it gave me an error saying something about the halo 4 dll.

Alrighty, sorry for the lack of updates on this. I've fixed the missing arms in 1st person gameplay. That update should be available now. Also the latest MCC update doesn't seem to have broken anything else so the current DLL should still be good. However the update might've replaced your modded DLL so you might have to redownload that again.

As for the techsuit and visor issues, those are usually caused by an incorrect setting on MCC. You need to make sure that in the campaign menu, the customization option is enabled AND in the MCC settings menu, under gameplay for Halo 4, make sure customizations is enabled too. Missing 1 or both these settings will causes some things to behave weird or not work at all.

As for some of the other issues, make sure you have the latest DLL installed too. Without it, the mod simply won't work at all and will probably just crash and not even start up.

The mod is not only making the tech suit entirely invisible, my armor pieces are completely random. I guess this will never get fixed.

Is there any ways to fix the invisible c_arm issue, or is this mod just dead now?

I'm having an issue of the game crashing, i did as the instructions said, and the game keeps crashing.

armor is visible but the tech suit and visor is not, my hands and armor on first person are default chief models

I'm having the same issue of my arms not being visible while holding weapons, but are visible for button press animation and inserting cortana into pedistals.

I got the same issue as Rain too.

Honestly I love it Thank you! My only complaints is: the under armor is invisible, I share hands with master chief instead of my own hands, my helmet throughout levels change (I use waterworks and it doesn't even use my helmet), arms were a different variant of what I used but still looked alright. I love it keeps the visor color though :)

But I love your mod and hope for a new update whenever you decide to upload one :)

Great mod thank you very much for sharing it, only that my arms are imbisible when I play I already placed the dll file, but don't get your heart when I play in the cinematics and when I get into a vehicle if my modified spartan appears, but when I shoot I don't

When I played, the only thing that was correct was the colors. Otherwise, the armor pieces aren't right

Im waiting for this mod to update so i can play it with my girlfriend, we love seeing our spartans in cinematics :D

I did it exactly as described, but when I started the mission, a Fatal Error message was displayed and the game shut down. Did I do something wrong?

you will need the "Halo 4 DLL Required For Mod V6" From Nexus for the armour to show up. But, the arms in first person are invisible

Each time i switch weapons the skin switches too

Arms don't work, neither does the mando helmet. Gives me a random visor with a another random helmet.

Adding: The 'no arms' problem comes form the dll I think. I forgot to restore the original when trying to play reflow and there's still no arms.

it work but got a bug, the spartan armor only show outer plate and the techsuit under it became invisible

please fix mod. cant see under suit, it just goes invisible. also the mark v helmet does not work for sum reason, just gives me a random helmet.
