I like this building, but it's growing on a 4x4 tile and escaping its boundaries on to the street in front and into the lot next to it. I had to disable it as a growable and when you place it with RICO Revisited it needs some moving around with Move It to look "correct". Hopefully you can see this screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/dJxKpSj.png
