Fitting month to play her! Honestly really fun zoner/setplay character. I always love switching to going defensive with her projectiles and comboing the opponents relentlessly with her. She really has a good amount of options when played really well!

The AI is busted. Plain and simple. Even on 5, it resembles a clairvoyant wolverine on angel dust.

I'm trying to get a timed event like noelle's nspecial, with the attack bar but no projectile, I pray that you or someone could help me with this

I don't like it either but if it helps balancing her with the rest of the tournament legal characters then I'll make the changes

besides, it's not intended to get fully charged nspec off in a real match anyway

I don't like the new charge time on the neutral spec. Maybe it was too much before, but now it feels really hard to get off in a real game, unless edge guarding.

Very well designed move set and animations, but incredibly aggravating to fight against due to her snowball approaches. Doesn't help that I run into Noelle mains often.

Every time i have noelle as a cpu character it automatically goes into the snowangel mode and i didn't find any way to turn it off
