@kikko after testing it further, it seems random? if going top to bottom in releasables list it always freezes at 3 left, then when i did it in random order, it also freezes when there is only 3 left to release.

@cvnka would you mind figuring out exactly which one it is?

seems to freeze the entire game if you play as china and release all releaseables, one of the far west ones does it

I think it would be cool if the nation of Kaurna in oceania was able to form Uluru if they unify all of Australia (or most of it). You know, with the culture being aboriginal and all of that.
I know there is already an Uluru tag in the game that fires off as a secession in the region in a vanilla game, so maybe it shouldn't be too difficult to add it as a formable compared to the other nations you already added in the mod.

Volga Germany still has North German as a primary culture and not East German, though having an option to get East German accepted as Germany or forming Germany as Volga Germany or as East German would be neat.

@Patriote Yes, that just means they won't have unifications plays like Germany and Italy. If they did they would try to form nations much more aggresively

@Patriote Victoria uses a tiered system of formables. county-kingdom-empire-hegemony. So you can theoretically form 3 different nations in one play through

There are multiple formables, but it seems like Victoria 3 allows you to form a single nation per game. Do you think you could change that?
