Unironically the most fun I've had with a custom character with a close second being Ronald McDonald. Can't wait to see what you make next cause this is fantastic.

I usually don't like Sandbert clones, but it took me awhile to even know this character was a clone so it's fine. Not bad at all for a first workshop character. Keep up the good work, please.

Thanks to everybody who's been enjoying ShyGal so far! I'm still making changes based on your guys comments. As of now, I've made the following changes:

Down special now does less knockback and launches at an angle, hopefully making early kills less easy.

Forward Smash now has the Koopa Gal launch much further for more range.

She has a new animation for opening the phone, replacing the Sandbert one. No changes have been made to the phone itself just yet though, so it still displays the basic Sandbert information.

I love the character and frankly prefer it to the other Shy-Gal for the simple fact that it references the source material way better.

A few things that came to mind that could make it even better though:

-Forward Smash- Increase horizontal range by having the koopa girl fall further.

-Down Special- Reduce kill power a bit but make the bomb into a projectile that is thrown downwards.

With that said, great job on your first character :D

The portrait is also incredible as well, for your first one, it's definitely as good or better than a lot of other character portraits I've seen

I got to say, your art honestly looks really good. I know this is just your first character, but I think if you take time learn the Rivals art style, I think this character and/or future could turn out very well.

She plays nice for a modified sandbag.

While the art doesn't match the style of RoA, I will say it still looks good regardless. A lot of the animations for her moves reference shy guy and shy gal stuff. Overall I'd say this is a really solid character.
