This mod is 3 years old, do you seriously expect it to have an update tuned to your liking?
ALEXDOOM Jul 4, 2017 @ 11:24pm

My PC is absolute trash, so Fraps just kills the framerate. You'll just have to take my word for it, along with user input. Personally, I don't play without this, it's really something I made for myself.
Prairie Boy Feb 20, 2015 @ 9:46pm
a video demonstration of some songs played would be nice.

Update guys.
The Moonbase music is now replaced by tracks from the second episode of Doom.

@-FAP- Ultimate Cookie
Maybe. This pack was originally for personal use, so I don't really plan on updating it.
And I'm probably not going to do number 2, as most of the Trader's music is from Duke 3D, and I want some variety.
Ultimate Cookie Aug 4, 2014 @ 8:49am
It's great but I have a couple suggestions:
1. Have the music play in the event maps, like Steamland and Frightyard
2. Have the Trader's music be Countdown to Death from Doom II
These would be much appreciated :D

@Goten
So I can share it with other people, and reach a wider audience.
Poorlii Jul 30, 2014 @ 5:09pm
What the point of putting it on steam workshop if it doesnt work like that?

this here is only a test comment

I'm recording it in all 360 possible degress. We're going to port the video footage of you reading into oculus rift simulations.
so everyone can be there with you. watching you. always.
sev Jul 29, 2014 @ 5:38pm
you are never alone on the internet
go on
"gush"
we'll be watching
and videotaping
there is no escape
Space Ace  [author] Jul 29, 2014 @ 5:36pm
Come on guys, I'm trying to gush over the newest issue of the Army of Darkness comic series.
I need some alone time.
sev Jul 29, 2014 @ 5:18pm
"also there's a 100mb limit for workshop uploads"
upload will fail if it goes over the limit, without notice.
you have to count the filesizes yourself.
(I forget if it's 100 or not)
Space Ace  [author] Jul 29, 2014 @ 5:07pm
I tried uploading the .ogg files individually, the UDK didn't process them.
sev Jul 29, 2014 @ 5:03pm
you upload them like you upload any other file :T

also you can't upload folders, gotta select each induvidual file
also there's a 100mb limit for workshop uploads so it'll probably be multiple parts (unless you butchered the ogg quality)
also if you ever try to update it it'll be marked "incompatible" because "lol I'm a KF dev how do I workshop support"

@SMIRK
Well, I didn't know how to upload the music files with it.
Do I just upload the music folder as is?
sev Jul 29, 2014 @ 4:53pm
you say that like there's another tool to upload with
Space Ace  [author] Jul 29, 2014 @ 4:51pm
@SMIRK
Like I said, I only went by the instructions, so I used the Unreal Dev Kit.
sev Jul 29, 2014 @ 4:47pm
The instructions don't cover a lot of things, and also say that .ogg files are illegal to upload, but that doesn't really stop anyone from doing it, now does it?
The KF workshop integration is utterly terrible and it lets a lot of things slide that it says it shouldn't.
When you upload files to the Workshop it preserves the local file structure, so overwriting the Music files is relatively straightforward, i.e. replace the files and then upload them from inside the Music folder.
Space Ace  [author] Jul 29, 2014 @ 3:19pm
@Hatesandwich
Ah. Well, the official instructions didn't cover uploading music mods, so I ddidn't really know.
Guru Jul 29, 2014 @ 3:07pm
As a matter of fact, I beleive it's just as simple as putting the .ogg files in a folder called Music and then uploading it to the workshop
Guru Jul 29, 2014 @ 3:05pm
Kaz, there are actual music mods which download the files directly to your music directory in killing floor, the black mesa source music pack being one of them. It's entirely possible to use the steam workshop to download the files to the correct places, you just have to pack it as it is in the killing floor directory
Space Ace  [author] Jul 29, 2014 @ 2:59pm
Good news, everyone!
My mod made the front of the Steam Workshop!
And I couldn't have done it without you guys!
Space Ace  [author] Jul 29, 2014 @ 2:56pm
@Owndrew
I always loved ROTT.
Damn shame it got overshadowed by Doom II when it was released.
Howitzer Jul 29, 2014 @ 1:15pm
You even remembered good ol' Rise of the Triad, such great but underrated game! Good job!
Space Ace  [author] Jul 28, 2014 @ 8:57am
@Falkok15
Quake's soundtrack was too ambient, and I never played much Quake 1.
I did put in Quake 2 tracks, though.
Zanzibarbarian Jul 28, 2014 @ 3:32am
No Quake I music?
Dirc Jul 27, 2014 @ 1:41pm
good job :footprint:
Space Ace  [author] Jul 27, 2014 @ 8:50am
@rcj8993
The Killing Floor workshop doesn't let you upload music mods. All the music mods you see are usually blank files with links to the actual mods.
Dagger Jul 27, 2014 @ 7:05am
wait i cant install the mod by subscribing? isnt that the point of the steam workshop??
UPRPRC Member Jul 24, 2014 @ 2:24am
nice! ^.^
