This doesn't work anymore? It changes the name but doesn't add the HRE-esque "the" before the title, nor does it change the flag?

Thanks for this mod! with a few minor tweaks I've managed to make it Kingdom of England with the Norman double lion flag, with titles being King and Queen but still having it as empire tier. I couldn't figure out how to make it work from scratch so to have this to work off of is the only reason I was able to do it which has greatly improved my experience while playing as England.

Definitely not intentional @King Bee. This is an oversight on my part, but I plan to add a few new things to this mod so will add this to the to-do list.

On your second point regarding the British culture, I love this idea. I'll look into it and see what I can do!

I was wondering if anyone noticed how when the King dies he is called the Prince Consort postmortem? Is that on purpose, because I'd love for my Kings to still be Kings in death. lol. Other than that I love this mod. I would be cool if when the United Kingdom was created you got an option to create the British culture with the English naming style and such, like with the Celtic Empire's modifier to spread faster in the British Isles.

Thank you! Much appreciated.

Just released an addon @GandalfXLD. This should override the title for female spouses, removing "Consort" from their title. Let me know if you get any issues

My reference isn't based on Camilla @GandalfXLD, I just wanted to make a clear distinguishment between the Monarch and the Consort with this mod, though I understand it isn't how titles work in the UK.

It should be noted though that 'Queen Consort' is the official rank of a King's wife, used to differentiate between that of a regnant/dowager, but the official title is 'Queen' for all 3.

However, I'm happy to release a follow-up mod which alters this for those not too fussed about this distinguishment if this is something you wanted? :)

I like your mod, but consort is never used for the wife of a King. And if your reference is Queen Camilla, consort is only temporary and is going to be dropped.

@Duce Brickinson Ah you are right! I never knew this; shows how much I listened in history and how well I researched!

Britannia very much existed it was the name of the British Isles from around the first century BC at first it was the name that Romans used for the isle as the preeminent culture was that of the Britons ( descendants of the Celts ) and was the name used for the area from, around the time of the Roman Conquest 43AD,

It is also the basis of the name Britain that started being used in the 5th century and was interchanged with Britain fairly loosely by ourselves and other countries through to the 17-1800's when the United kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland was formed in 1801 long after the time-frame of CK3 which ends in 1453 when we were still very much Brittania.
