The leadership ascension perks should be fixed.

If you see any problems, do let me know! To my knowledge, this mod is entirely up to date!

This seems to be working with 3.10, aside from the leadership pool ascension perk problem.

I have noticed that with this mod ascension perks such as Imperial Prerogative and Transcendent Learning do not work properly. They provide old bonuses. Transcendent Learning give maximum leader level cap not capacity. Imperial Prerogative do not provide leader capacity at all.

@sebzer After testing, I don't see how this is happening.

I do have an empire vassaling 4 empires instead of the limit I put in as 2, but I think that's due to an empire asking to be vassalized, but I'm unsure. It should be incredibly rare though.

Limited vassals or no vassals? Limited limits them to 2 vassals. The only exception is if someone pledges secret fealty or starts a tribute war with someone who has vassals.

Can I get a screenshot? My current playthrough doesn't have any problems.

this mod+limited vassals and there is still that one empire vassalising litelary half galaxy.
they are a corporation with ...fedaration builders" governament form all the time, so this may be the case

I'm trying to update my mods, emphasis on trying, please let me know if there's any bugs with this mod. I think it should be OK but if not please let me know.
