这个mod会和一个叫 LAW+ 的mod, 冲突触发不了金本位还有最高法律体系,意识形态里面没有改革需要的词条。

Research relevant tech, get your interest group support them. I guess the only bug now is some other mod that modded interest group ideology can't be used with this one. Because the ideology file overlap with each other, eventually makes none support the new law.

你好,我是mod Marble Emperor的作者。最近有玩家发现我们的mod存在冲突,导致我的mod中事件无法触发。我简单测试了一下,是 on_action 中 on_monthly_pulse_country 中 effect 这一部分冲突导致的。似乎游戏目前的机制,effect存在相互覆盖的问题,而且更改mod加载顺序不能解决。

请问你可以将effect部分打包成一个单独的事件吗?比如:

on_monthly_pulse_country = {
events = {
ig_and_law_ce.1
}
}

这样不会影响原本的功能,还会很大提高兼容性。感谢。

我已经解决这个问题

找到mod所在文件夹,文件在(mod文件夹)\common\laws目录下

文件名字叫ce_judicial_system.txt

找到law_ce_revolutionary_court_system = 这一段后面的代码

然后把modifier = { 的部分修改成如下代码

modifier = {
# Important Factors
country_institution_ce_judicial_court_max_investment_add = 3
#
country_bureaucracy_mult = -0.2
state_bureaucracy_population_base_cost_factor_mult = -0.15
}

亲测能用

So, as I said in the description. What would you like to change? Any suggestions on the modifier values? I would very much willingly change them according to you guys' feedback. That's my idea of keep things up to date and balanced.

This is a good idea in principle. I like adding monetary policy and judiciary. But it's a terrible game design. There are too many modifiers, some extremely high when compared to the base game, others so insignificant that I wonder why not remove them completely.

Minting in VIC3 is proportional to your GDP. I have no control over this. I will see what can I do with changing the figures for tax limit.

Minting is ludicrously strong in China with this mod considering the population amount and "taxation capacity" were there to limit China income.

After checking all the values, I can confidently reply you that there is no bug with current institution coding. What you have experienced was a bug in how the base game display the values.

I went into the game playing as France and upgraded the Treasury institution to level 3. Though the modifier display only shows "+30%", but my actual minting income did grow from around 4k to 10k.

Moreover, if you go to the "Modifiers" interface by clicking your national flag in the upper left corner of your game. You will see "Minting income +110%" (level 3 institution + 20% from tech). Though, the pop up window suggests the otherwise.

I think this might be a bug because the newly added institutions are not in the base game. So the game can't correctly identify and display its buff.

For some reason when I upgrade my institution for all of the new ones provided by the mod. It doesn't provide the second tier and up bonuses. For example Treasury and Stock Exchange, I've made it tier two of the institution but it only provides the base 30% minting.
