It was actually showing up in the start screen, before I pick a country. Idk if it was a conflict/combination of another mod or so but it did return to normal after I disabled yours. That was a good thought though, on your part.

Just tested out my playlist, restarting the game over and over while disabling and re-enabling mods.

With your mod, starting on the 1444 start date, every country in the old world (didn't check 100% of them but most regions this was the case) were about 2 or 3 tech levels ahead of normal. Europe was all tech 6, and Muslims, Africa, and Asia were all tech 5.

Not really a complaint, just wanted to let you know. EU4 spaghetti code has hilarious results.
