你在海外吗，这个一时间说起来没那么简单（
大概就是，因为eu4没有中文，需要打个双字节补丁才能显示中文。
然后因为没有中文的编码，还得用转码器进行转码 https://paratranz.cn/utilities/converter
实在不会的话，可以再找我（

话说双字节是啥中文翻译是只要做一个子mod把英文localisation替换成中文就好了嘛（）
