I need a better instruction, how to make this engineer repairing my ship.
I killed all enemies and want to repair my ship now, but there is no enemy left to look at (as you mentioned). And what is it that will hit my ship?

When you lock on the enemy, (and if your placement is correct) it will "hit" your ship, and instead of damage, it will heal your own ship
