None DLC?

This is a great asset. I only have one problem and that is that I use other helicopters too so I also have news and medical helicopters landing and leaving from the top of the station. Hopefully it will eventually be possible to select the type of helicopter being used.

A small problem, I found that the asset could not be aligned with the grid in the game. The vanilla version does not appear. Anyway, thank you for your efforts

Loading Screen Mod claimed that it's unable to load in the game...

It looks very good and I'm about to download it and try it but may I make a simple request, please? This would be helpful for all modders. Please include the footprint size of the model in the description. I haven't got the fainest idea what a tris is, but the footprint is a determining factor on whether I download and use something.

Can you please make the flag prop to the right of the door selectable in BOB? Right now only the flag to the left of the door is listed and I'd like to change them both to American flags.

I love simcity 4 and these buildings fill my love for it. can't wait for what buildings are next perhaps maybe some of the residential buildings?

Maybe after Simcity 4, You should start doing the Simcity 2013 buildings + the Cities of tomorrow DLC, and maybe Simcity Build-it.

Too bad it needs natural disasters dlc, but appreciate all the work on these SC4 assets. They are beautiful.
