@pico_island no i do full seasons ive also used this at man utd went 2 seasons with only 3 defeats in each so this is a very good tactic

i did a full season (not holiday) and brought players in with high work rate with notts forest and this tactic isn't broken its just crap.

Seeing people say "oh you used city so it was easy" I don't think you realize that when you create a tactic, using City is ideal since if your tactic doesn't work with that team or with big teams, then you've done something wrong. That's why you see people use City but also use lower league teams as well to show that it works with big teams as well as smaller teams.
